Mi chiamo Marco Carestia, studi antropologici alla Alma Mater di Bologna, insegnante e appassionato di  cultura del vino. 


Ho aderito al Progetto Italian Taste della Società di Analisi Sensoriale presso l'Università di Milano e mi occupo di food culture da Milano Expo 2015.



My name is Marco Carestia,  degree in Anthropology at Alma Mater University of Bologna and teacher .

I 've partecipated in Italian Taste Project by Società di Analisi Sensoriale & University of Milan and I'm interested in food culture since my last job in Milan Expo 2015.
